Venture Security is committed to health and safety in and around the workplace. The company acknowledges and accepts its responsibilities for securing the health, safety and welfare of its employees, of sub-contractors working on its behalf and all others affected by their activities. We pride ourselves on our exceptional safety history, boasting a clean slate even though we operate in many potentially high-risk environments.

Our company policy complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Venture’s statement of general policy is:

To provide adequate control of the risks to health and safety arising from our work activities.

1. To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety

2. To provide and maintain safe equipment.

3. To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.

4. To ensure all employees are competent in undertaking their tasks and to equip them with adequate training.

5. To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.

6. To maintain safe and healthy working conditions.

7. To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

It is the company’s intention to enlist the support of all employees in achieving the safest possible working conditions and to encourage consultation on all health and safety matters. Regular support and feedback will also be sought from clients and any other persons who might reasonably expect to be included in such discussions. This policy will be reviewed annually and kept up to date as regards any changes in activity or the size and nature of the business.
