We have a particularly strong focus on the delivery of training as we believe this is vital in providing effective staff to represent Venture to our customers, the authorities and the wider public.

Managing Director
Paul has worked in the Security Industry for more than a decade and established Venture Security Management in 2006. In this time he has built a wealth of experience in the protection of people and assets.
Anthony Robson
Operations Manager
Having joined Venture in 2007, Anthony has progressed to Operations Manager, taking on responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company, overseeing the recruitment and development of new staff in company systems and ensuring that our quality systems are adhered to.
Eddie Sidaway
Training Manager
Originally having joined Venture in 2008 as a Security Supervisor, Eddie now works as Venture’s Training Manager. With over 13 years experience in the security sector, Eddie specialises in loss prevention and retail guarding.
