Employee Feedback

We expect high standards, but we work hard to look after our loyal and dedicated workforce, providing training and support where necessary and a number of social events throughout the year. We also like to make sure our employees are engaged in our continued growth, and we often consult with them before major decisions are made. We have some of the lowest levels of employee turnover in the industry, which is reflective of the strong loyalty that we build. We ask our employees to provide feedback on their experiences working for us; our current employee feedback score is presented below:

Employee Development

Venture Security is committed to training and investing in our employees so that they can develop their skills and experience in order to ensure their careers with us are both challenging and rewarding.

Equal Opportunities

Venture Security is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, age or disability. We employ security operatives who are able to deliver our services to the very highest standards; you must therefore be physically fit and have an excellent use of the English language in order to work for us in a frontline role.

Health and Safety

Venture Security has a responsibility to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and contractors whilst at work, and to protect persons not in its employment against risks to health and safety arising out of its operations.

Security Screening

A security officer holds a position of trust and responsibility and it is crucial that individuals are carefully selected and vetted from the start. With this in mind background checks will be undertaken on all applicants. This will include both employment and character references, right to work, and financial and criminal record checks in line with BS7858:2006+A2:2009. You must be able to provide evidence of your employment and address history during the past five years with no breaks of more than one month.
