For any sporting venue, the safety of visitors and staff is the single most important factor. The larger the size and capacity of the venue, the more complex the security solution will be.

At Venture Security, we have been working with sporting venues and their events teams for more than a decade; from planning and delivering crowd safety and management for racecourses through to security for match days at high level football clubs.

Our aim is to support sporting venues to enhance the customer experience, by ensuring visitors have a safe, secure and enjoyable visit.

Staff selection & training

Every Venture security operative is fully vetted, trained and licensed by the SIA. Employees are carefully handpicked and screened in line with BS7858. Specialist roles, such as child liaison undergo ten year background and Enhanced DBS checks.

Our employees are trained to perform their role with the highest level of professionalism, in order to make guests and staff feel welcome, as well as secure. Due to the bespoke nature of sporting venues team members receive general safety as well as cascaded task specific briefings, specific to the circumstances in which they will be working and are also given training in conflict management, offering you unrivalled support.

Security staff are issued with all necessary equipment, including radios, uniforms and high-visibility clothing, to ensure they are always fully prepared. They are then supported throughout by our experienced central management team.
