All our security personnel are fully vetted, trained and licensed by the SIA, and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employees are carefully screened in line with BS7858 to ensure they are suitable to work within your premises. They each receive a thorough induction and assignment-specific training for each contract, with the support of our experienced management team behind them.
We monitor everything we do, which is how we are able to maintain a culture of continuous improvement in line with our ISO9001 based quality objectives. This is reflected in our accreditations.

Venture’s policies and procedures have been designed and implemented in line with British Standard codes of practice applicable to the Private Security Industry.
With this in mind, we are proud to say that we are accredited under the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme and ISO9001 for the provision of Security Guarding, Key Holding and Alarm Response, and Door Supervision. Venture is one of the UK’s highest performing security contractors with an SIA ACS score of 131, placing us inside the top 1% of all SIA Approved security companies in the whole country.
