A security officer holds a position of trust and responsibility and it is crucial that individuals are carefully selected and vetted from the start. With this in mind background checks will be undertaken on all applicants. This will include both employment and character references, right to work, and financial and criminal record checks in line with BS7858:2012. You must be able to provide evidence of your employment and address history during the past five years with no breaks of more than one month.
