All reception duties are now being covered by Venture’s SIA licensed and trained security officers, who are specially trained in customer service.

Detailed electronic records that log each officer’s activity, as well as recording any maintenance issues spotted and other events of note, are provided to the facilities team daily, supporting them to manage the smooth operation of the site.
