Q. How do you know your employees are reliable?

A. We are very careful about who we employ. If we detect the faintest note of a bad attitude or poor communication skills during the initial contact we will not process an application. We undertake recruit screening to 7858:2006 + A2:2009, which includes a minimum of five years employment references, as well as character, address and credit checks. Our area supervisors carefully monitor the performance of our staff to ensure that they meet our strict standards and regular appraisals are held to ensure any training needs are identified.
