Q. How do you know your employees are reliable?

A. We are very careful about who we employ and our recruitment process is much more thorough than the industry standard. If we detect the faintest note of a bad attitude or poor communication skills during the initial contact we will not process an application. We undertake recruit screening to BS7858, which includes a minimum of five years employment references, as well as character, address and credit checks. Our area supervisors carefully monitor the performance of our staff to ensure that they meet our strict standards and regular appraisals are held to ensure any training needs are identified. Our mobile team, and those working in roles where they will come into contact with children and vulnerable adults, undergo screening to ten years and are Enhanced DBS checked prior to deployment.
