Hampshire firm locks down national accreditation for its security services

A Hampshire security company has received the highest possible accreditation from the National Security Inspectorate (NSI), firmly positioning the company as a leader in its sector.

Venture Security, based in Andover, has received a Gold accreditation from the National Security Inspectorate (NSI), which is the leading certification body for the security sector in the UK.

The NSI provides two levels of accreditation, silver and gold, with the higher standard also incorporating a Management System Certification.

Venture Security has received the Gold accreditation in recognition of its provision of mobile patrol services, static guarding, keyholding and alarm response services. This is in addition to the quality of its frontline services, management systems, support infrastructure, staff welfare and people development, which compromises the silver accreditation.

Commenting on the news, Venture Security Managing Director, Paul Howe, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have received gold accreditation from the NSI. This is the universally recognised standard of excellence within our industry and illustrates the high standards we always strive to achieve.

“As well as providing quality security services to our clients, we back this up by looking after our team members and having all the relevant systems in place to ensure our business runs smoothly at all times and under all circumstances.”

Venture Security is ranked within the top 1% of all security service providers in the UK. The company works with clients ranging from businesses, to housing associations, local authorities to sporting venues. Accredited as a living wage employer, Venture looks after its staff through a comprehensive employee training and benefits scheme.
