Description
The Door Supervisor qualification is the recognised entry route for anyone looking to work in licensed security roles across the UK. This course gives you the knowledge and practical skills needed to work safely and professionally in licensed venues, events, retail and other security environments.
Throughout the course learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of:

Successful learners will achieve the Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry, alongside their Emergency First Aid at Work certification allowing them to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor licence.
Emergency First Aid at Work
Our Door Supervisor course includes Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), which learners will need before completing their security training.
Already hold a valid Emergency First Aid at Work certificate? Pay just £400 for the Door Supervisor course. Your certificate must be an RQF Emergency First Aid at Work qualification with at least 12 months remaining when you complete our course. Assessment
Your qualification includes a combination of knowledge-based and practical assessments. You’ll be given opportunities to practise throughout the course, with guidance from your trainer to help you prepare for each assessment. You will need access to a smartphone, tablet or laptop with a reliable internet connection to complete the required pre-learning and course examination.
Prerequisites
Before booking this course, learners must ensure they meet the following entry requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or over.
- Complete all mandatory pre-course self-study before attending.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Bring acceptable photographic identification and any documentation required by the training provider.
- Be physically able to safely participate in the practical physical intervention activities.
- No previous security experience is necessary.
