QUALITY POLICY

The purpose of the Integrated Management System is to ensure that the services provided to our customers consistently meet or exceed their expectations. Venture Security operates a system that regularly evaluates its processes and customer needs, and has set quantifiable goals with plans in place to ensure that they are improved year on year in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:Quality Management System – requirements, BS 10800, BS 7499, BS 7984 and BS 7858, BS EN ISO 14001:Environmental Management System – requirements and BS ISO 45001:Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – requirements.

Integrity Without Compromise

Anti-Bribery Policy

This anti-bribery policy exists to set out the responsibilities of Venture Security and those who work for us in regard to observing and upholding our zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption. It also exists to act as a source of information and guidance for those working for us. It helps them recognise and deal with bribery and corruption issues, as well as understand their responsibilities.

Recruitment and Selection Policy

Venture Security aims to ensure that no job applicant receives less favourable treatment on any of the unlawful grounds listed in our full policy. Lone Working Policy

There are situations where Venture Security staff will be required to work alone. Where the conditions of service delivery or its associated tasks require staff to work alone, both the individual staff member and managers have a duty to assess and reduce the risks that lone working presents. This policy should be read in conjunction with the relevant Health and Safety policies and risk assessments.

Venture Security is committed to maintaining a healthy, safe and productive working environment for its employees.
