I just wanted to pass on my sincere gratitude to Jesse, our regular security guard, who went way above and beyond for us this morning. We have had a severe water leak on site this week which meant the mains water was off for a period of time yesterday. We believe that, as a result of this, one of the toilets near to the restaurant started leaking at approximately 5:30am and completely flooded the corridor, seeping into our Goods In store and one of the other offices. Jesse raised a Helpdesk Job to get a plumber onsite, got out a mop and bucket and by all accounts pretty much cleared all the water from the corridor single headedly before a member of staff came in and helped with the water from the office carpet. If there is an award scheme within your company I would certainly like to nominate him for one.
