At Venture, we’re proud to stand with thousands of responsible employers across the UK in celebrating Living Wage Week 2025 (10-16 November) and the right to a real living wage for all.
The theme of year’s campaign is “The difference it makes,” which shines a spotlight on how fair pay, secure hours, and a pension you can live on can transform lives, communities and businesses.
We’ve always believed that work should provide dignity, security and opportunity. That’s why, since 2017, we’ve been accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, with Venture being one of the first security companies in the south of England to make the commitment.
We continue to pay all our employees at least the real Living Wage, which is independently calculated based on the actual cost of living. The new rates were announced by the Living Wage Foundation on 22nd October. They are:
- £13.45 across the UK
- £14.80 in London
But our commitment goes beyond pay. We invest in our people through ongoing training and professional development, and a culture that values hard work, ambition and career progression.
